"Ok, I am doing this…DEEP BREATH…this is hard to post.
(She is down 87lbs now.)
I started with an amazing husband/wife trainer team (they are remote) on May 1, 2023. It hasn’t been hard, per se…it just takes consistency.
I have certainly NOT been perfect—Jason does exactly what they say 💯% of the time. Me?…Not so much. Yet, every time I am imperfect, I try again. And again. And again. They encourage me to get up EVERY time I fall. (Which is often.) They cheer me on every time I succeed.
Thank you Alec and Shannon for everything you have done for me and my family….and just so you know, I hate the weekly picture and measurements checkins, but I am grateful you made me do them! (Jon Cheplak )
And to Jason who inspired me by example in the first place and has never once complained about my weight, but HAS told me how beautiful I am regardless of my size."

The only thing that changed in the office was Parker.
Parker changed and now the office culture changed.
It's really that simple.
And now we have better salespeople, more mature leaders, professionals.
Whereas in the past it was the mirror of me.
It was somebody who loved to go to happy hours and yeah, we made a lot of money, but we also were a personal mess
and now it's completely flipped, which is cool.
And dude, we're the number three team at eXp Realty in the entire country.
We're literally this far away from being number one and go figure.
That's epic. And it's so funny.
Cause my dad will be like, it's just different over here.
Well, now I'm like, it's just different over here because I'm having these conversations with you guys.
I'm coaching the top performers in real estate and we're talking about sobriety, getting fit and healthy, sleeping, better stress management.
We're talking about being the example.
And all of a sudden you guys just keep winning in your business too.
It's not just hollow words. It's tied together.
And then you change your habits. Now people in the office are acting different.
There's people right now that are just overwhelmed and they're like, my agents won't do what I say.
They won't follow direction, but then they aren't leading themselves.
You guys show up as the leader, start leading yourselves.
All of a sudden sales go up. It's crazy.
And just scratching the surface. I mean, a year from now, I can't imagine where things will be."

I REALLY DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!
Does this sound familiar? I said it for many years as I watched my body deteriorate, age, and began accepting it as the normal aging process.
Truth is, I don't have time to not prioritize this. As I mentioned before, my life was declining emotionally and physically. I tried everything.... get more sleep, quiet time, Journaling, supplements, prayer and the list goes on. The secret is putting in the time for Exercise. This truly does it all for you both mentally and physically.
I DON'T HAVE TIME, I MADE TIME:
I AM ALSO A:
I STILL HAVE TO FIND TIME TO:
RIGHT NOW:
There is never seemingly enough time. But if your health is gone, the above doesn't matter. With all the confusion in the world of products, pills, surgeries, and diet hacks... one thing I know is that science can beat it. Knowledge I didn't have to change my body after 40 years old.
BOOM! 👊🏼💥 It WORKS! I am so grateful for the attention to detail and accountability in this program. It takes commitment and a customized nutritional and educational approach to rewire my life choices and habits!!!
With access to the best of the best anything is possible! 🚀🚀🚀
These results came in just:
... 51 days
... or 7 weeks & 2 days
... or 1 month & 20 days
However, you want to spin it! I am so grateful to be heading back in the right direction. We are just getting started.
CHEPLAK LIVE WELLNESS....Thank you! I was thrilled to see this post!

"I'll tell you the blunt truth.
If you guys were not up to the standard you were, I'd say it too.
I honestly, this is not a fluff. This is real.
My one and only goal was to be in the best shape I've ever been in my entire life at the age of 55.
And I was there, I was in better shape and condition than I was when I was in my And by the way, I've always was in the gym and other work environments where I had to stay in shape.
But I was never at the shape that I was able to get in with you guys.
Not only was it just the condition and the shape, it was the discipline, the accountability and the commitment that has taken me to a whole new level from my doctor's going, Holy cow, what are you doing to Holy cow?
You look amazing.
And I'm not saying I'm old, but 55 is a number that people give up in life.
And there's so much more in life that you just don't want to stop.
Now you deserve the gift to yourself to reach the highest potential because you have more than you can ever imagine if you just do the work.
And that's where I say to anyone who hears this, listen to them, do the work, stay committed.
And if you do that, you'll get the results that you deserve and that you desire."

It's Just Different Over Here
"There's a lot of leaders in the room. Is this tough right now in this real estate market?
Is it tough to be the leader?
Has anyone looked in the mirror and been like, am I the leader that's gonna be able to lead the people through this market?
Anyone else struggle with imposter syndrome when things get tough?
So when you look in that mirror, what are you looking at?
I think, like, Nick McClain had a great presentation on onboarding.
Agents struggle with confidence.
I think we as leaders struggle with confidence.
We let our ego get in the way of saying that we're not confident in ourselves.
How many days do we say we need to be healthier?
We need to work out, we need to have more energy.
We make an excuse, well, we have a business, we have kids, we have all, and all those are legitimate.
But if we focus on ourselves, how much better leaders are we gonna be?
How much better is the business gonna be?
How much better are we gonna be spouse, for our parents, for our kids, all those things?
So, Chep says it all the time.
What is the one thing that you need to change that the only thing would change is everything? And for me, this was it.
I was thinking of a story.
I'm just gonna share a quick story.
So, I've done several fitness programs and different things, and I was at a rough spot, and I shared with my wife, I said, I can't do it anymore.
I'm taking too much time away from the things that mean the most to me, you guys, my kids, et cetera, so I'm gonna give up.
I need to spend more time with you, and she wouldn't let me.
She said, stop, because you are spending time on yourself, away from us, you are the best husband you've ever been,
you're the best father you've ever been, because you put yourself first.
I'm gonna let you give up.
Woo! So. So, if you're thinking about this, I promise you, if you feel better about yourself, you keep the promises you make to yourself, everything in your life will be better.
We all need a coach.
We need that guide, so you can be the hero of your own story.
Alec is that guide for me, and I know he's done it for a lot of other people, so highly recommend it."
- Matt Smith
"My experience was just as wonderful as Colin,
I highly, highly recommend you both because it's really taught me that I can do it because I always thought like I'd get a little bit and then I kind of fail and then I give up,
but it just taught me the basics of every day, what I need to do, but it's accountability.
That is the hugest thing for me. It's the daily check-in
and I'm like, Ooh, if I eat that piece of chocolate, what's going to happen tomorrow?
And then I have to put it into my app
Shannon will be like, send me what you ate.
What Have you been eating?
What are you doing?
So that, that is huge for me.
It's been actually really fun.
And the three months went by so quickly.
We've worked really hard and we've changed our whole lifestyle, but it wasn't difficult, if that makes sense.
Like it wasn't this thing that's like, Oh, I got to do this.
My body was sore and yes, I wanted to eat chocolate or cheesy pasta, but you know, at the end of the day, I had the resilience not to do it.
So it taught me something about myself that I can follow through with that.
And it's really not that difficult with the right people helping you to along the journey.
Well, we appreciate both of you a lot. We appreciate you too. Yeah, we really do"
- Bailey
"I started with Alec last July 29th of 2023 and, was quickly kind of sat down, came up with a strategy with him, what I could eat, how I could actually use nutrition and start getting on a plan because I sucked for a number of years.
I continued to do like keto.
And then I'd be like, oh, I got to eat clean.
And then let's try this new diet.
Never worked.
And I was never, ever consistent with working out.
So when he really put a challenge to me and said, Hey, you need to start working out, can you work out three days a week?
Can you work out four days a week, five days a week?
I was kind of thinking probably not.
That doesn't seem really, accessible to me because I was already really busy with my career and my life.
And I've got four kids, but I decided to just add time to my schedule, meaning God only gives you 24 hours.
But what I ended up doing was just getting up an hour earlier.
So by getting up an hour earlier, I was able to commit to working out, doing the things that I need to do, get disciplined.
And literally within about 90 days, I was able to cut about 20 pounds off of me and start now I'm now into the point where I'm building back tissue with him.
So I'm kind of on this level. I'm kind of like adding on weight.
But hopefully the next time we go around, come this summer in July, which will be a year,
I just hit 150 workouts the other day,
which is about seven months of working with him and what's been great about it is I've actually starting to see true transformation
where I'm starting to build some real tissue and it's like,
I'm maybe going to be like an aviator nation model or something soon.
So I'm super excited about it.
if anyone's ever considering it, definitely reach out to Alec and Shannon.
They'll get you on the right track."
- Tony Hansen
"My experience with Cheplak Wellness has been amazing.
I feel great. I wouldn't have been able to do it without you.
It's been a journey. I mean, I've been trying to do it on my own.
Like everything else that we do, we try and YouTube it and try and figure it out ourselves.
But it's different when you have someone who can hold you accountable.
It's different when you have someone who knows what they're doing because it shortens that learning curve.
And I try to figure out things and I try to get around things.
And having someone who will guide you and hold you accountable, it's the same thing for us realtors and team leaders.
Every realtor can figure out how to sell a home.
But if they are in a team and they have a leader and they have someone who can mentor them and hold them accountable, it shortens the learning curve.
They see results faster.
So in my case, because I tried different ways, I was telling you I was on keto and it's fine. I lost weight, but then I couldn't keep it.
And at the same time, I wasn't really truly healthy.
So I was not eating the right food.
And now I feel amazing. I've lost close to 20 pounds.
Yeah, close to 20 pounds. Almost lost 20 pounds now, what, since August 9th?
August 9th. And you still get to have the days where you enjoy food too?
I enjoy popcorn. Popcorn is my favorite.
And also I look forward to the food that I eat.
Now I had a couple of refeeds and I kind of went all out and crazy and I didn't feel good.
Because I mean, I realized how important it is to eat real food and stay within what my body needs.
Because it's really just feeding the muscles.
And I still go through that every day.
I battle through that thought of like, oh, I want to eat this. I think I want to eat it. And then I eat it and then I feel sick after.
And I'm like, why did I do that to myself?
Now I feel amazing.
Because I know that I wouldn't regret the food that I eat.
And I know what to eat. I know how much to eat. Yes, I weigh my food.
And it's just being responsible about it.
Because the truth is we have to know our numbers. We have to, what doesn't get measured, doesn't get improved."
- Katrina
"My experience was phenomenal.
I have tried in the past and I have failed in the past.
I swear I've tried everything.
And just having the support, like Bailey said, having to be accountable to somebody is huge.
Checking in every single day and not beating myself up.
When I have those little fluctuations, getting that text from you guys, being like, hey, this is okay, this is what happens.
You know, nothing is perfect.
It's just a continual downward trend over a long period of time.
My experience is that now I feel great and I really look forward to the future.
My goal is to lose another 30 pounds. Let's go, thank you for that. That's great."
